Depending on how you interact with Lori, we may collect:

- Your WhatsApp number, WhatsApp profile name, and messages sent to Lori.
- Responses submitted in demo journeys, forms, WhatsApp Flows, chatbots, or similar workflows.
- Message metadata such as timestamps, delivery/read status, and conversation history.
- Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, logs, and usage information.
- Any files, images, documents, or other content you choose to send to us.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the specific demo, test, or service you are using.

WhatsApp and Meta
If you interact with Lori through WhatsApp, your messages are processed through WhatsApp and Meta’s business messaging services. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
Client implementations
Lori may build and operate workflows for clients. Where a workflow is deployed for a specific client, that client’s privacy policy may also apply. For sandbox and demo journeys using Lori-owned numbers or environments, this Lori Privacy Policy applies unless we tell you otherwise.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate Lori, including hosting, database, analytics, communication, security, and support providers. We may also share information where required by law, regulation, platform rules, or to protect our rights, users, and services.
Data storage and retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including demos, support, security, legal compliance, and business records.
Sandbox and demo data may be reviewed for testing and troubleshooting and may be deleted periodically. You can ask us to delete your personal information by contacting us at hello@lori.co.za.
